Step 1. To install the Chinaorder ordering tool, click here.
Step 2. Click on the blue button [Add to Chrome].
Step 3. After clicking [Add to Chrome], a popup will appear -> click on the [Add Extension] button.
Successful installation.
SGI Express system supports two ways of creating orders: using the ordering tool (extension) or by sending the product’s link and information to the system.
– For this way, customers need to install the add-on on their browser. You can view the add-on installation guide here.
Click add to Chrome. Attention this extension only use via Google Chrome.
Step 1: After installing the add-on, customers can visit Taobao, Tmall, or 1688 to choose products. See the product selection guide here.
Attention: Before using extension, please log in to our system here. If you do not have an account, please create new here.

3. Select product specifications: size, color, number of product you want to buy.
4.After making selections, click “Add to Cart” and then proceed to close orders or click “Go to Cart” to move on your account.

Step 3: Confirm Order.
After clicking “Confirm Order,” the system moves your order to the deposit waiting status in the order management section.
Step 4: Place Deposit.
You can choose to place a deposit for each order or all orders and your line “air” or “sea”.
After placing a deposit, the system changes the order status to “waiting for purchase.” At this point, we will process your order and chat with the shop regarding product’s information and China domestic shipping fee. We will notify you of the details after that.
You can actively monitor your order’s progress with statuses such as “purchasing”, “waiting for shop dispatch” or “delivering”
Note:
– Orders that are not confirmed within 30 days will be removed from the shopping cart.
– Orders that are not deposited within 30 days will be automatically deleted.
– If products with selected specifications (color, size) do not appear in the cart despite being chosen before, please take the product link, remove it from the cart, and repeat the purchase steps.
– If there are errors during the extension purchase process, please report them to our technical team.
This method is suitable for orders with few products. However, customers need to wait for our customer service staff to edit the information to the standard. After that, customers can proceed to place a deposit on the order.
Step 1: Click on “Create order from website.”
Step 2: Fill in the information.
Customers fill in the product information according to the template and click “Submit Order.” The order, after submission, will appear in the pending quotation section in the order management. After quoting, customers will be notified through the system and you can proceed to place a deposit on the order, similar to the deposit process using the extension.
Internet banking:
Customers transfer money with a clear description: CPO – customer code – your phone number (registered on our system)
Example: CPO B71 – 0902xxxxxxx
The phone number is the contact number linked to the customer’s account. We regularly monitor account activity to ensure the fastest deposit for customers. Customers will receive quicker confirmation of deposits if the transfer is made within the same bank system.

Customers can send the transfer bill to the sales representative (SALE) for assistance with the deposit.
Step 1: Customers create a withdrawal request on the system.
Step 2: Customers send the withdrawal request to email sgiexpressph@gmail.com, including: Amount to withdraw, bank account number, account holder’s name, bank name, and branch.
Note: Customers should send withdrawal requests from the email registered on the system.
Responsibilities of Chinaorder in addressing customers’ claims
Chinaorder offers a procurement service from Chinese e-commerce platforms, helping customers to find reliable product sources and evaluate the shop’s credibility.
We pledge to place orders precisely as per the designated link and from the specified shop.
We assume responsibility for mitigating customer claims against Chinese shops, encompassing issues such as missing items, inaccuracies, or substandard product quality. For customers choosing to exchange or return items, we will facilitate negotiations with the shop. Customers will be responsible for the associated fees for these transactions.
To minimize procurement risks, customers can use our inspection services. Any issues involving missing or inaccurate items will be promptly addressed at our Chinese warehouse.

1. Characteristics of 3 websites taobao.com, 1688.com (or alibaba.cn), Tmall.com
To get an overview of these 3 e-commerce websites, you can simply do the following:
On the website, it will include many factories, each factory can be a small store, a wholesale distributor, a manufacturer, or a big brand that sells their products on what we called “factory link”. To register to be a seller on these websites is not difficult, so you may be able to buy good, cheap products that look exactly as shown in pictures. Or, you may also buy fake goods of poor quality. The problem of how to choose a good factory and evaluate product quality can be found here.
Taobao.com: This is a website with the richest varieties of products, prices and sellers. It is suitable for retail buyers hunting for cheap unique goods. For those who buy goods for their business, taobao is also not a bad choice. Taobao.com mainly serves retailers, so there is no limit to the quantity purchased, the quality here is also very diverse, you can find a product with many different prices and quality. What I like about Taobao is that you can see real photos of a product from buyers’ feedback.
Tmall.com: Tmall, similar to Taobao, mainly serves retailers, but in Tmall, all sellers are guaranteed to be reputable and are branded businesses. So when buying on Tmall, you can be more assured about the product quality as well as the seller’s service quality. Like Taobao, Tmall has the function of sharing users’ photos. Products on Tmall are usually medium to high priced, but you can absolutely find cheap products with very good quality thanks to discount promotions.
1688.com: 1688 is a website that mainly serves businesses that buy wholesale in large quantities, the products here are often much cheaper than Taobao when you buy in certain quantities. This is often the choice of customers who intend to do large business, wholesale and distribute goods to the market.\
2. Get familiar with the interface of taobao, 1688, tmall

With specific characteristics targeting different customers, Taobao, Tmall, and 1688 have different ways to evaluate supplier reputation. Here are the basics to follow:
TAOBAO and TMALL target retail customers: They focus on evaluating the quality of each retail transaction.
1688.COM targets wholesale customers: It focuses on evaluating customer loyalty and transaction volume.

Sales reputation level: based on reputation points accumulated from each successful purchase transaction (see details below). Customers can click on the level icon to go to the detailed reputation rating page.

According to our experience, ordering at shops selling consumer goods with a level of 4 diamonds or higher will be less risky. Shops that have been in business for a long time but have low levels are the ones you need to consider carefully before ordering.

After purchasing, the buyer will evaluate the shop based on 3 criteria: Goods match the description, Service attitude, Delivery speed. Buyers will rate on a 5-point scale. Taobao will compile the average score of reviews over the last 6 months and compare it with the average rating of shops in the same niche. In the example above, the Customer has a rating of 4.9 / 5 for all 3 criteria. Taobao compares the shop’s score with the average score of other shops as follows:
